Besides being just about one of the most beautiful posters we've seen in a long time, we just love the idea of a whole meal dedicated to Oaxacan food. Especially when it's being cooked by some of the best chefs we know. We gave them some wild mezcal to get them in the mood and we're loaning them some traditional Oaxaqueno aprons plus perhaps they'll use a photo or two we're providing.
Unfortunately, I'll be out of town so you must go and report back.
