We got to Oaxaca, Day 1 of the tour, just getting our bearings walking around town and
came upon this fun wedding procession. In Mexico, a wedding becomes cause for a parade.
The bride and groom leave the church followed by gigantic puppets (of themselves), a marching band,
big cloth balloons with their names on them, and woman in colorful dress carrying baskets of flowers, followed by all their family and guests on their way to celebrate. Seemed like an auspicious start.
